Do your skin issues make you want to cover your face with a paper bag?
Essential oils can help, and particularly frankincense. Regularly used by the ancient Egyptians, frankincense oil offers a number of health benefits when it comes to skin health.
For instance, the oil possesses natural rejuvenating properties that help protect against blemishes and aging skin. In fact, the oil is a supporter of cellular function, which protects the appearance of the skin and fortifies overall bodily function.
The oil, too, reinvigorates the immune system, helping to maintain it to defend against environmental threats. The oil’s incomparable properties, along with its natural ability to fortify the skin, make it one powerful agent to have on hand in nearly any scenario.
To support younger-looking skin, add 3-4 drops frankincense to the area of concern. You can also strengthen nails by applying a drop topically to the nail’s surface.
For bodily health, put 1-2 drops on your pulse points to support natural cell function. You can also use frankincense for relaxation and mood support by massaging the oil into the soles of the feet.
